About the project
Alto, Downtown Rotana, is an urban chic Lounge/Bar in the heart of Manama. The Lounge was created after the Hotel was built and operating; therefore, the management has decided to allocate the 25th floor to create ALTO.
An important challenge was to demolish the entire 25th floor that included 4 bedrooms and one suite in order to implement the new venue and to redefine the whole space that includes an outdoor Bar /terrace that was not built initially to such purpose. The final outcome could define Alto as a contemporary Interior Design project with a glamorous sleek Design approach and a rooftop lounge & restaurant high above Bahrain’s capital, that offers stunning panoramic views of Manama’s city lights from 25 floors steeped into the Arabian hospitality.
