About the project

The AGP consortium asked Bouygues UK to demolish, design and build the “new” British Home Office. Located in the centre of London on the former land of the “Three Ugly Sisters” in Westminster, the building forms part of the project to modernize the historic centre of London.

Its avant-garde design is the work of British architect Sir Terry Farrell, DEGW interior decorators, and artist Liam Gillick, who co-produced the resolutely innovative plans. Unusual interior decoration for the 3,500 civil servants of the Home Office.
