In the midst of a generic and identity-blurring real estate landscape, CUN Design‘s project in Heguangchenyue emerges as a distinctive and high-quality development. With a focus on the aesthetics of light, the architectural design prioritizes the introduction of natural light as the protagonist, shaping a thoughtful and aesthetically advanced living space.
The five-story villa strategically divides spaces to accommodate family needs, emphasizing the integration of natural light. Architect Cui Shu’s meticulous control over light transforms corridors into garden-like passages, reflecting an essence reminiscent of ancient Chinese paintings. The underground floors serve as a sanctuary for the homeowner’s inner self, featuring sophisticated architectural techniques that create intimate spaces nurturing spiritual resonance. This inaugural project sets the stage for their future residential explorations, promising a continued exploration of the personalized concept of ‘home’ through innovative design and spatial considerations.
