Departing from its long-standing home in Bromley, the insurance titan now calls Riverbank House its vibrant new hub, signalling a profound shift towards a more dynamic, collaborative workspace tailored to the demands of today’s digital age. With a vibrant colour scheme, beautiful views over the river Thames and the latest tech, this lively office brings teams together, celebrates the brand and empowers people to do their best work.

Boasting five distinct ‘dynamic zones’ designed to cater to diverse tasks – from focused work to interactive brainstorming sessions – the space embodies adaptability at its core. The design embraces sustainability and wellbeing, featuring abundant natural light, biophilic elements, gender-neutral toilet facilities, a multi-faith prayer room and a calm zone for neurodiverse staff. The office has also achieved the RICS SKA Silver accreditation and now occupies a quarter of the previous footprint, reducing emissions significantly.
