JA Palm Tree Court Renovation is consisting of a 212 spacious low-rise Villa (with 1- and 2-bedroom suites) and junior suites with a large dine out balcony or private terraces overlooking the gardens. The project requires interior fit out upgrade of the Mediterranean-style villa suites, a new swimming pool and a new Spanish-influenced restaurant. The work is consisting of overall fit-out works which includes building of new walls, partitions, and room layouts as per the new design plans, installation of doors, windows, frames, and any necessary structural changes, MEP and FF&E items. The Project duration is 180 days, completed in November 2022.
