About the project
MFIT Interior Decorations were handed the interior fit-out execution of the new and official head office for Malabar Gold and Diamonds named Malabar International Hub. The office is located near the Infinity Bridge Road at Gold Souq, Deira, Dubai. The remarkable interiors were designed by KPS. The office spans across four floors including the Ground Floor. The Ground Floor being the space for product launches and press conferences, logistics personnel, goldsmith stations, project department and the office canteen. Going up the first floor, sales and purchase operations are more prevelant. The second and third floor consists of core departments, conference rooms as well as executive cabins and a luxurious majlis. The new office will take on the role as the central hub for all international operations of Malabar Gold & Diamonds. Malabar Gold & Diamonds International Hub (MIH) is a testament to our dedication and expertise. As the main fit-out contractors, MFIT Interior have transformed 30,000 sq ft of this corporate marvel into a space that perfectly blends functionality and professionalism. Within a span of 120 days, our team worked tirelessly to bring the project to life. Despite the additional challenge of ensuring a LEED certification throughout the process, we strived for the seamless execution of our turnkey fit-out as we deliver a workspace that fosters productivity and inspires success.
