About the project
A Design & Build construction and fit out project, the Modon Sales Centre is located in Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi. The 600 square metres of space houses Modon’s Show Village Sales force and Customer Sales Centre, consisting of the sales offices, cafeteria, interactive meeting rooms, the villa model display cabinets, a kids play room and all supporting infrastructure. The architecture is very linear and almost space age with trapezoid columns under lit in blue complemented with wooden doors and hanging structures, creating an unexpected contrast. The resulting structure and interiors are extremely wow-inspiring, and definitely create an impact on the visitor.
