About the project

The cellar has been completely redesigned and renovated by the architect Ignazio Vox who, for his project, followed three precise indications received from the same winemaker: to create a cathedral of wine, without thermal changes and with constant humidity, of an elliptical shape to avoid the formation of mold in the corners.

The result is an underground structure in concrete, stone, porphyry, corten and wood that fully reflects the manufacturer’s philosophy: to impact as little as possible on the surrounding environment. And so, from a distance the cellar seems to almost disappear. Its presence is perceived, very discreet and in perfect symbiosis with the territory, only by approaching.
