About the project
A vibrant and cooperative workspace has been designed by Oculus Design Studio and fitted out by SSD Global Enterprises for the Progress office in Bangalore. For the purpose of encouraging creativity, productivity, and employee contentment, an exciting work atmosphere is crucial.
This idea informs all design choices and supports the project’s objective to provide a flexible, practical, collaborative workplace with a strong emphasis on design ‘wow factor’ to draw in new employees and keep hold of current ones.
Utilizing natural components, a dynamic color palette to define each zone, and other features that give the design life and filled with a sense of Bangalore. The physical workstation was created with comfort, use, and aesthetics in mind.
Natural lighting, cozy furnishings, and imaginative layouts may all have a big influence on the ambience as possible, offering flexible work schedules possible. letting workers decide when and where to work.
They can foster a sense of autonomy and raise morale.
Whiteboards, comfy chairs, and other amenities that encourage creation were installed in these areas and presenting technologies.
Encourage a varied and accepting environment where many viewpoints are valued.
A diverse staff has a wider range of perspectives, which can result in more creative solutions including creative-sparking imagery, inspirational sayings, and works of art and encouraging thoughts permeate the office.
