Salmontini Le Bistro is located in the bustling heart of Dubai’s financial center, Salmontini Le Bistro, is designed by Prospect Design International and fitted out by Rk Gulf, is a Mediterranean jewel that beckons diners on a coastal-inspired journey.
Spanning a generous 120 square meters, Salmontini Le Bistro boasts 85 inviting seats within its open embrace. The canvas of space, an elegant blank slate, sets the stage for an interior that is a true ode to the sea. The narrative begins with a striking oak chevron wood floor, reminiscent of a ship’s deck, guiding guests towards an aquatic adventure.
You’ll discover that travertine stone graces the walls, bestowing a touch of natural elegance upon the bistro. The stone, with its organic texture and soothing hues, mirrors the timeless beauty of coastal cliffs, inviting diners to relax and savor their experience.
The design palette of Salmontini Le Bistro is a symphony of blues, artfully playing upon the furniture and accents. From the deep azure of the Mediterranean to the serene turquoise of tropical seas, these hues create a playful yet tranquil atmosphere, evoking the colors of the ocean in all its moods.
The sushi counter facade, adorned with subtle gradients of blue and white, immerses guests in a sea of calming tones. This artistic interpretation of seafood preparation is a testament to the attention to detail that defines every aspect of Salmontini Le Bistro.
