About the project
The ground floor, in true EatX style will house an Australian inspired café named Splendour Fields open seven days a week. Splendour fields will become part of your daily routine with a wholesome, produced-driven menu complete with specialty coffee bar, Rise&Dawn bakery, a florist, unique Aussie homeware store and ground-breaking kid’s play area, cementing Splendour Fields as the ultimate urban sanctuary. The space was designed by Mitchell and Eades and fitted out by Ginco General Contracting.
