A workspace that blends the transmission assets and various aspects of it as three dimensional Metal art installations within the office. Overall the space was designed as open plan concept with 20 percent of seats as Sit-to-Stand automated height adjustable work desks. Aesthetically services were exposed and vertical surfaces were created as a white canvas to take on the three dimensional art forms of the transmission assets. A very subtle break was introduced using laser cut wood veneer panels that brought in a sense of warmth and intricacy within the space.

Organizations aspiration to connect with multiple locations all at the same time and communicate the company’s message as constant aspiration for its employees was met with by providing a massive video wall. Various multi-use spaces termed as lounge’s were created in open and enclosed formats to allow for interaction and constant exchange of ideas. These lounges housed furniture design and style that would provide a homely comfort and allow for flexible arrangements. Moreover, the science of workplace demands tools, and equipment’s that are designed to reduce worker discomfort, strain, and fatigue and to prevent work-related injuries. These spaces are those tools of Workplace Science.

Cafeteria on the other hand brought in the local flavor of the city that it belonged in while still keeping the integrity and flow of design consistent. Concrete texture wall in the Board room and highly polished Statuario stone on the reception back drop wall with Laser cut wood veneer panels next to it are a constant reminder of the contrast that this company constantly deals with on a daily life. On one hand there are these locations in interiors of the country far and beyond which have rough landscapes and various difficulties right from reaching it to living there, and on the other hand from these very locations the company brings in smile’s and happiness into the lives of millions of people who cannot survive today without electricity. This dichotomy and message gets communicated through the interiors of this modern office.
