ATP Moscow is one of eleven independent design offices within the ATP group. The office was established in 2011 as a joint venture between ATP architects engineers and TLP Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners, a leading Moscow architectural office. ATP TLP focusses its activities on Russia and the CEE region where both partners aim to establish a strong presence.
