The Murphy family has been building under their own licenses since 1963 in Reno and surrounding areas. Murphy Built is a Nevada Corporation owned and operated by Darin C. Murphy. He has been in the construction industry his entire life, but has devoted his career to building since his graduation from Brigham Young University in 1990. Darin obtained his California license in 2012 and has enjoyed building in Lake Tahoe and Truckee, California, as well as Reno.
As the Principal of Murphy Built, Darin has extensive experience running a variety of residential and light commercial projects, including subdivisions, custom homes, multi-family, infill, and renovation projects.
Darin is committed to finding solutions to make projects buildable for both the client and the architect. He is dedicated to keeping his projects on time and on budget.
