There’s a reason that a firm founded in 1879 is still around today. It’s the legacy left by each designer as the firm has grown from designing churches and homes to commercial and educational properties, such as LSU’s Peabody Hall and the Varsity Theater in the 1920s and ‘30s to new student housing today. The traditions and legacy established, as well as many of the same institutions, are still working together 140 years later at Tipton Associates.
