About Dimitri Haas

An experienced sales professional with proven expertise in the development of multi-channel sales and the implementation of progressive sales models in different regions, Dimitri has built a seven-year career with the Hansgrohe Group. He first joined the company in 2016 as a Business Developer, before becoming Area Sales Manager in Ukraine, Central Asia and Caucasus countries in 2019. Since 2023 he has taken on the responsibility for sales in Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, and Ukraine.

Based in Germany, he manages all operations within the assigned countries and is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, representing his region in all headquarters-related matters. He also prepares the annual business plan and budgets, and oversees the recruitment and management of the team on the field, which he steers and coaches in alignment with the long-term development plans of Hansgrohe SE. He is a keen advocate of Hansgrohe’s sustainability initiatives and plays a key role in highlighting Hansgrohe’s dedication to it by representing the company at various events, including showcases and exhibitions in the Hospitality and Real Estate sectors.

Before his career with Hansgrohe SE, he held management positions in automotive industry with responsibility that included overseeing territories spanning the CIS region, Baltic and the Balkan countries. Dimitri holds a qualification as a business economist, which he gained at the Commercial Academy Freiburg in Germany.

He is married and has two children.
