Martial Gil

Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales, Latam, CIS, MEA at Hansgrohe, Martial Gil is heading the sales and operations of both the Hansgrohe as well as the AXOR brands, as well as ensuring the company’s business development and success across all its respective territories.

Martial oversees the establishment and maintenance of all stakeholders, partners, and customer relationships in accordance with the global directive and the core values of the organization and spearheads the introduction of new products to new markets and territories. Having held senior positions with Hansgrohe for over 22 years, Martial began his career with the sanitaryware giant in 2002 as a CFO for Hansgrohe France and became a General Manager in 2010. After that, he progressed to the position of Vice President of Sales for Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey before assuming his current position four years ago.

Martial holds a Master of Business Administration from Paris ESLSCA Business School and is fluent in both French and English. He is married and has three children.
