Geoff brings over 20 years of expertise in multi-disciplined management of construction projects to PMKConsult. He is a skilled Senior Project Management professional and has delivered numerous large-scale and complex projects in a variety of sectors both in the UK and UAE. Over the past several years, he has been cultivating his specialism in large scale residential developments and high-end retail projects in addition to leading other complex projects. He has managed numerous sites and has been integral to the procurement of process selecting the right suppliers. Geoff works closely with planning departments and Health & Safety and Logistics
Departments to provide accurate project feedback and safe working environments, in addition to managing the project cost and timelines successfully.
