Roar was commissioned by leading rug manufacturer, Jaipur Rugs, to transform a 780 sqm warehouse in Dubai’s creative district, Alserkal, into its first showroom in the UAE. 

Designed Inhouse, with fit-out by Golden Brush, this showroom is situated in the Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The overall design exudes luxury with touches of eclectic.

Designed by Studio Em, the 4290sqm space encompasses a yoga and photography studio, a glam room, a retail floor, as well as the brand’s office headquarters.

The showroom design exemplifies the Jemma Wynne jewelry design aesthetic as the “cashmere hoodie” of jewelry - rich, yet comfortable.

Schwitzke & Partner re-designed the Flagship outlet of Virgin Megastore at The Dubai Mall in collaboration with Fine Edge Decor. The store design emphasizes the diversity of products as each department is characterized with individual materials and architectural elements.
