Atelier BLG is the result of a collaboration between three individuals with diverse backgrounds who share a passion for the art of bakery and food. Their commitment to quality and attention to detail, combined with passionate knowledge of the bakery industry and local culture, make them well-equipped to bring a taste of their childhoods to the UAE. The Atelier BLG space was designed by MMAC Associates and fitted out by Bond Interiors.

The Atelier has been designed as a laboratory where ideas are stimulated by different approaches, mixing entrepreneurship and past restaurant experiences to art and design where they are brainstormed both in the co-working space and the bakery. The new ideas and recipes are developed through trial and error, aiming to push limits of creativity and taste until satisfaction before showcasing those products to the world. The goal is to recreate the same quality, authenticity and values their mothers and families taught them, with the attention they would give with all their heart combined with the bakery world by using only the freshest ingredients and offering delicious products at affordable prices.

They want to bring an exceptional bakery experience that brings people together through delicious food and warm hospitality. Their main objective is to create food that strengthens bonds between people and cultivates the idea of family.
