About the project
Espazo is a Toulouse-based interior design company offering turnkey design support services for its
clients throughout the South-West region of France. Their project Espace Collectif is a residential
common space, shared by the building’s tenants as a place to meet, play sports and video games,
to relax and socialise. The design team were keen to ‘break the mould’ of designing a communal area
by creating a bright, relaxing space that would positively encourage interaction amongst the residents.
