Nestled amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, this innovative office design takes sustainability to new heights. With its focus on maximizing sunlight, incorporating an indoor garden, and utilizing sustainable materials for flooring, walls, and ceilings, it’s a refreshing oasis in a concrete jungle. The heart of the office is “The Plaza,” a central hub that symbolizes connection and collaboration with a unique ceiling design. This open space offers a variety of work points and seating styles, fostering energy, productivity, and a sense of safety and dependability. Furthermore, Swish Design Studio strongly believe in inclusivity, which is why the Studio have designed wider corridors to accommodate wheelchair users. Lastly, flexibility is key to the design, with spaces partially separated and various seating styles and sizes provided to suit different tasks and work groups. This allows for easy reorganization of furniture and accommodation of future changes and expansions while maintaining a streamlined layout.
