Using Socrates’ words as an inspiration, “The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” Korn Ferry has always wanted the best for its employees, which is why they wanted an office that promotes both productivity, flexibility, and wellness. Spacewell Interiors LLC was appointed to re-design their existing office space in Index tower.

The designers introduced pastel colors and texture to make the space light and modern. The reception space was designed with the use of brand color highlights on soft seating’s, Terrazzo floor finish and the logo wall in plain white modernist approach. Linen textured carpet in the back office with accent colors in different soft finishes were some of the design elements. It also incorporates a variety of elements ranging from highly functional meeting rooms with the latest in audio visual technology, a centralized Community space that promotes collaboration and a breakout space for peace and tranquility away from the pressures of work.
