About the project
La Grande Brasserie, designed by Yachar Bouhaya Architecte, is a downtown Casablanca urban restaurant that offers traditional cuisine in a friendly ambiance with a strong character. The project is inspired by the Parisian universe and employs a subtle combination of rough and exquisite elements. Thus, the more exposed elements, such as the concrete structure, polished terrazzo staircases, industrial suspensions, or metal railing, are paired with more sophisticated wooden or plaster reliefs.
