Initiating the creation of Raytheon’s high-end commercial office fit-out and design by KPS took precedence as a pivotal element in this transformative project. Tasked with the crucial roles of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, CSQ meticulously addressed the importance of design and security, setting the foundation for an exceptional workspace tailored for Raytheon—an eminent player in aerospace, intelligence, and defense.
Acknowledging the significance of design, CSQ intricately divided the project into specialized works packages, assuming a comprehensive role in coordinating and managing the construction process.
