About the project

Sodexo is a world leader in facilities & property management and catering & food services. They currently operate in over 60 countries, with a vision to ‘create a better day for everyone to build a better life for all’. Together, Sodexo and TSK set to change perceptions about what the workplace could be by creating an aspirational environment in the heart of London. This new space would act as a showroom for clients, bringing to life the possibilities of their own workplace potential. TSK worked closely in partnership with Sodexo, allowing this impressive project to come to fruition in just three and a half months. With key input from stakeholders throughout the process, objectives centred around flexibility and versatility, which come through in the design and functionality of the space. By implementing reconfigurable partitions, teams can now alter and adapt areas to accommodate diverse activities and events based on the number of occupants. This modern workplace is engineered to thrive, with integrated technology solutions enabling remote collaboration and hybrid working. And because of this shift, the overall space has been reduced by 50%, delivering huge sustainability gains, cost savings and carbon footprint reduction. This new environment brings brightness, soft colourings and elements of biophilic design together with a layout that inspires, encourages collaboration and enhances employee and client experience.
