All in! Games Office, Poland

The All in! games in Cracow’s new office started as a mere “building shell. The office design has transformed it into fully functional and full of personality workplace. It’s been divided into main zones including technical, test, reception, chillout, work, common, and canteen zones. And just in the spirit of their organization – employees take the slide instead of taking the stairs to reach the ground floor from the second storey.

The project uses unconventional solutions and include dedicated workstations for 60 people. A functional office conducive to creative work has been envisioned – one that meets the needs of a creative industry. Hushoffice meeting booths have been adapted to become ideal game-testing zones. The reception desk is tailored and surfaced with the same panels used for the area’s flooring. Workspaces are finished with ergonomic armchairs, desks with partitions, and suspended sound-damp¬ening panels that improve the overall office acoustics.
