BODY MIND YOU represent a sanctuary of tranquility, specifically tailored to the needs of a health and wellness center situated within the Lake Central Tower. Its purpose is to provide a nurturing environment to its patients. The clinic’s design ethos is rooted in the notion of fostering a welcoming and comfortable space, allowing patients to openly share their concerns. Unlike conventional medical facilities, the overarching concept revolves around emulating a residential ambiance, thereby mitigating the clinical ambiance often associated with healthcare settings.

Working within the blank canvas provided by the shell and core of the building, we conceptualized an inviting, homely atmosphere that promotes relaxation and serenity. The clinic’s design extends beyond wellness; it encompasses healing, recognizing the complexities of mental health, and the diverse spectrum of emotional support required. As such, the clinic offers a multifunctional facility, featuring a training room for group well-being sessions, healthcare lectures, and therapeutic discussions. It further includes a dedicated space for yoga and acupuncture, facilitating physical aspects of wellness such as stretching and breathing exercises. The clinic is staffed with highly trained professionals who conduct private sessions within a confidential setting.

Central to the design narrative are elements fostering tranquility and calmness. Warm color palettes and the integration of natural wood impart a sense of serenity. The reception area emulates a living room, complete with soft seating and light-toned scatter cushions, complementing the overall soothing ambiance. To augment this atmosphere, ambient lighting fixtures are thoughtfully installed, eliminating harsh glare and nurturing warm and comfortable surroundings. Our designers meticulously selected design elements to enhance patient care and overall well-being, embracing the principles of evidence-based design, which leverages research to positively influence the built environment and patient outcomes.
