Harklinikken Hair Care Center, Dubai

Harklinikken is a hair clinic founded in Denmark and dedicated to helping people achieve their hair’s full potential. The Dubai, Jumeirah branch started in 2010, has been refurbished by Dubai based Ele Interior Design and fitted out by Cherwell Interiors, into a sophisticated, chique space that exudes a charm of Scandinavian and minimal interior design.

The project consists of a complete renovation of the space in order to provide to customers an experience aligned with the high end values of the brand. The “less is more” Scandinavian culture is reflected in a minimal and detailed approach to material selection along with a furniture selection of some iconic Scandinavian original pieces. The wow factor given by a natural olive tree at the main entrance, is a statement which represents the natural approach of the brand towards its products, which are created only with natural ingredients. On another hand, in terms of architectural elements, the original arches which are present both, in the interior and exterior of the villa, are not only maintained but highlighted in an effort to connect with the local context of Middle east. In this way, Harklinikken Dubai branch gains its own identity within the global network of branches, in the same way that other branches such as LA or New York are connecting with their local markets. Overall the project defines a new stage for Harklinikken presence in middle east, more solid and consistent.
