About the project
Conceptum had the opportunity to design multi-functional corporate offices for Groupe Petra, where Petra’s team can hold promotional events and also use the office space as a model suite, where future tenants can see the full potential of the 110 Crémazie building. The mandate was to project a quality image without construction costs becoming astronomical. To achieve the objectives set with the client, Conceptum’s design team played on assets that were specific to the space, including light and architecture, which resulted in offices where there is a sense of community and where it feels good to share, work together and gather.
Upon entering the glass conference room, visitors can admire the magnificence of the 360-degree view. In the interest of employee well-being, our design included a coffee shop, a living area, and a work environment that allow employees to immerse themselves in the company’s culture and to create a sense of belonging to the brand, both for employees and tenants of the building. The warmth of the wood and the textures used give style and character to this 1960s building. Transparency and the use of glass, to maximize natural light, were mandatory and omnipresent in the work environment specifications. Finally, the use of black metal in the glass partitions confers an urban chic spirit that represents the firm’s image.
