Private Office, Business Bay

This shell and core space of commercial office design & build comprises of 1250 sq.m in Bay Square in Dubai. The client a young business man has requested the project to remain confidential. They can share with you this unique project for this organization with a culture of freedom and no hierarchy. The client wanted the space to simple and elegant in design and the full space open without any closed offices. The client wanted to reflect his love and appreciation for art and have the space resemble not just a commercial office but also to represent an art gallery.

Their designer interpreted the brief and followed the request for the area to be as neutral as possible to highlight the full pop-up area of accented colours from the original artwork. The open workstations, the sofas and soft seating are purposely selected to compliment the space and colours. A functional designed pantry provides a clean well equipped seating area in white and neutral shades elevated with vast amounts of planters and greenery to provide wellbeing and relaxation.
