The Team Philosophy Behind Design

Sali Alhamaideh, OFIS’s quirky designer, sets an impression from the outset. Her flamboyant attire is a welcome deviation from the standard ‘all-black’ sartorial conformity most professionals in the field concede to. Talking about the new-age, productivity-enhancing work culture at OFIS, she testifies, “If you come into work every day to discuss only work-related things, you will get very drained and exhausted. We have fun while working, celebrate the biggest and smallest victories, and discuss the latest trends, which makes us more efficient and helps us bond.”
