About the project
The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) was established as an independent body in 2008, to oversee approximately 300 Government-owned entities and subsidiaries. As the scope expanded, so did the workforce, which created the need for a highly specified, office space. The new ADAA Headquarters, located in United Square Towers, a mixed-used development in Abu Dhabi City, embrace this mandate.
Designed by Perkins+Will in collaboration with AECOM, the interiors of ADAA are elegant and refined, reflecting an appreciation for the core values of transparency, respect and accountability, intrinsic to ADAA. The design reflects the vision of the company, creating a neutral and harmonious space, with touches of bold, contemporary elements and cues from nature, with an innovative approach towards materials to create a unique interior.
ISG, who did the entire fitout, delivered a bespoke, highly-specified, lateral working environment, including 236 closed workstations, offices, meeting rooms, break out areas, a library and majlis, all located on one floor. The resulting spaces are exude sophistication and a timeless appeal.
