The project was brought to life by A.R.M Holding, a private multi-sector investment firm which supports pioneering projects locally, regionally, and globally.

Designed by Dubai-based architect Fadi Sarieddine, HIVE Coliv’s modern plug and play apartments range in size from studio to 4-bedroom, and feature bespoke interiors with contemporary European fixtures that elevate the concept beyond Dubai’s more traditional living options. 

Two floors of the building are dedicated to communal facilities that create an immediate and inviting community. A naturally lit open plan ‘third space’ with lounge, library and shared working facility brings people together for work and relaxation.
