Located in the Onyx Tower in Al Barsha Heights, 1004 Gourmet is a modern day take on an ethnic food market. Dubai based practice Studio EM delivered the project with fit-out executed by 6 Inch Interior Decoration. What started as a Korean and Japanese grocery concept, evolved into a multipurpose retail space that houses a grocery, homeware department, beauty store (Lamise) and a café concept.
Designed by Kristina Zanic Consultants in collaboration with Aati Contracts, the Rainforest Spa is nestled within the Ritz-Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah. The concept brief was to maintain the rainforest theme of the existing spa and convert the mood of the space to a warmer tone than the previous design.
VSHD Design was tasked with designing The Warehouse Gym in the region’s most growing and vibrant design community – Dubai Design District. The main challenge was to deliver a boutique fitness facility that would be inviting, inspiring, authentic, functional and in context with a leading destination for design, art, and culture.
Situated on the Bodrum peninsula, the Demirbuku Club House, designed by Erginoğlu & Çalışlar in collaboration with Mesa Mesken contractors, integrates a restaurant with a sales office amidst natural surroundings. Visitors can enter by crossing over a small river via a bridge, a parking bay at the entrance, as well as a pier on the seaside.

Tétris recently completed the fit-out for the National Basketball Association (NBA) offices located in Johannesburg, South Africa. The NBA brand can be seen in each choice of finish, with white and timber used throughout the space, while the brand’s bold colour palette is balanced with the iconic orange of the Spalding ball.
ASZ Architetti was commissioned to execute the Maison Assouline’s new flagship store in The Dubai Mall. Opting for a 1920s theme, the vintage design concept surrounds visitors with libraries, classic interiors, and antique pieces, including special limited editions and book collections based on art, design, jewellery, and fashion.
MMA Projects was challenged to design Petraviva’s new retail space to promote the brand’s new image and showcase their products from raw materials to final products, and create functional spaces for administration, that can coexist naturally and effectively.
The design for Dai Forni restaurant was inspired by the tastes, smells and textures of the Mediterranean, and in particular, the island of Sicily. Designed by Kokai Studios, the restaurant is part of the emerging global, cultural, culinary trend of regional rather than national cuisines, and the restaurant design and cuisine are a testament to this trend.
The design for Dubai-based digital and tech solutions company, Evoteq, features a series of flexible, activity based working spaces that are tied together to form an immersive and interactive office within an open plan space. Designed by Roar (Pallavi Dean Interiors), with fit-out by Optimize Technical Services LLC, the inspiration for the office stems from binary codes with angular shapes (representing the 1’s) paired with circles (the 0’s).
H2R Design was tasked with creating the interiors for Dubai’s first Bagel Yard cafe, already a renowned bagel concept in Montreal. The designers take inspiration from the brand’s fresh and natural philosophy, by creating a contemporary and naturally lit space adorned with a variety of plants for contrast and texture.

The Habita Coworking Office was designed by PAB Architects with a key focus on innovation, creativity and productivity through collaboration, interaction, and learning.
