Plans for growth
Although relatively new to the UAE market, the Contractors.Direct team are already assessing areas for growth across the Middle East region, considering there is a definite market for such a unique proposition. They hope to be able to offer their services to a number of neighbouring countries in the coming months, starting with Saudi Arabia by the first quarter of 2021.

In the coming days, a residential arm of Contractors.Direct will be launched for those in the UAE seeking to enhance their apartments and villas. They also have some exciting products and partnerships in the offing, such as Fit Out Finance. Contractors.Direct, together with Beehive.ae will give customers the opportunity to spread the cost of their fit out. This facility is exclusive to Contractors.Direct, allowing customers the opportunity for financing up to AED 3.5 million over a period of three years.
A collaboration with DMCC will allow clients urgently needing a physical office to get the full support of the Contractors.Direct team and the opportunity to connect to qualified contractors for free. DMCC tenants would also benefit from being able to spread the cost of their project over three years.
