About the project
Roar, alongside Summertown Interiors, has completed the interior design and fit-out of Sprinklr’s new Dubai HQ – a 2,000 sqm space that perfectly encapsulates the American software company’s mission, “To enable every organization on the planet to make their customers happier”. Located in the bustling heart of Dubai Internet City, the office fuses contemporary design and functionality, shaping an environment that nurtures innovation and collaboration.
The scope of the project was to transform the workspace into a dynamic, adaptable ecosystem that resonates with the users’ needs. Roar responded to the brief by imagining a layout that seamlessly integrates informal and formal elements, flexible collaboration areas, huddle spaces, and presentation zones. Playful acoustic solutions and privacy options ensure a productive and engaging setting for Sprinklr’s employees and visitors alike.
By infusing the workspace with a vibrant blend of hues that echo Sprinklr’s brand colours – terracotta, muted blue, saturated green, and grey – together with tactile materials such as tiles and felt, Roar has created a visually captivating atmosphere that embodies the essence of the company’s corporate identity.
Pallavi Dean, Founder and Creative Director at Roar, comments: “Our philosophy at Roar revolves around striking the perfect balance between creative expression and pragmatic design. We believe that functional aesthetics play a key part in fostering a conducive work environment, and this stance can be seen in every aspect of the Sprinklr Dubai HQ project.”
Roar’s dual approach is reflected through a series of innovative features, from the customized suspended ceiling adorned with mirrored acrylic stickers and spherical lighting, to the sophisticated use of Interface carpet, patterned acoustic panels, and curved furniture pieces. The creation of distinct zones, each characterized by its unique design elements, color palettes, and furniture styles promotes an agile work culture that champions adaptability and productivity.
Evoking the inspiration behind the design, Pallavi elaborates: “We wanted to emulate Sprinklr’s vision to become the world’s most beloved enterprise software company so every design choice was made to convey a sense of warmth and community.”
Tony Vargas, Director, Global Workplace at Sprinklr, concludes: “The moment Pallavi and I met, we instantly matched energies, and as Roar developed the design, I knew that they truly understood the sensibilities of what we were looking for. Everything we talked to Roar about has actually come to life in the design.”
