About the project
The client has offices in 157 countries around the world and the overall design concept for the project was to represent the client’s global presence. Designed by Say Studio and built by Al Tayer Stocks, the overarching design allowed each floor to feature subtle references to different pivotal locations. The objective was two-fold – to maximise productivity and staff wellness, and more specifically, to focus on staff health and safety, which has come under global scrutiny since the pandemic and is now an element of WELL accreditation.
The project began in March 2019 and took 19 months to complete. It consists ground plus five floors as well as the roof terrace, and is the largest and most adventurous project of its kind across the region as well as for the brand.
